• The organizers and venue management reserve the right to deny entry to the event and backstage areas to anyone they deem unsuitable.

• Special attention is paid to maintaining balance in the male-female ratio, as well as to manners, attitude, dress code, and overall appropriateness. Entry may be denied for such reasons at the sole discretion of the door management. The decision of the door staff is final and binding under all circumstances.

• Purchased tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be canceled.

• By attending the event, participants grant the organizers the right to use photos and videos taken during the event in promotional materials.
